James A. Feldman is an attorney in private practice in Washington, D.C., with more than 30 years’ experience specializing in Supreme Court litigation. He served as Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 2009-2018. He was a Director of Neogenix Oncology from 2010-2016, and Chairman of its Board from 2012 through 2016. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
