Stanley B. Archibald, Jr., Chairman of the Board:
Mr. Archibald founded Precision Biologics with Dr. Arlen in 2011 to acquire and develop the intellectual property of Neogenix Oncology. He is a veteran entrepreneur with 45 years’ experience developing and managing private companies. He serves as Managing Director of Arch Energy Group, with holdings in natural gas pipelines, mineral interests, energy commodities trading, and commercial real estate. He also serves as Managing Director of Archibald Capital Partners, a private investment company with interests in oil and gas, commercial real estate, and biotech. He received a BA from the University of Texas and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
